Pin pricks on sides and chest followed by itching and rash
For the past three days I have been experiencing the feeling of numerous painful pin pricks on my sides and chest. This is followed by strong itching. When I scratch the itches, I develop some rashes. I've tried allergy meds, including Benadryl, Claritin and Hydroxyzine, but they don't do anything. The pin pricks occur every 5-30 minutes. What could this be?

If you have tried allergy meds and they don't help, it doesn't seem like it would be an allergic reaction and at this point, you likely will want to see a doctor- they will be much better at gathering your health history and getting to the bottom of it.
