Pink/white inflamed node or something in my urethra

Looking at the head of my penis i can look down upon it and peek inside. The weird this is when i open the heads lips i can see something similar to a small clit that looks white a little and like a blood vessel or something. What is this? Im thinking it has something to do with my circumcision the way the skin healed looks funny it might have provoked this i dont know. Im 19 almost 20, sexually active and just not sure.

This discussion is related to small white growth on penis.

I also have similar problem

They are not painful, no itching or swelling, however am just surprised as to what they are.

There is no associated changes in uranation or increase in uranary frequency. I am just normal, but just inquisitive to know , what are these white pimples which are normally seen when I have folded the foreskin

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

Is this node painful?

Is there any associated swelling  of the node, any redness or itchiness?

Any associated penile discharge?

Any associated changes in urination like pain in urination or increase in urinary frequency?

This may not be something urgent.I suggest that you refrain from manipulating the area as this may get irritated and become infected. An initial consult with a urologist may be able to help ascertain if this is something normal or if there is an underlying pathologic cause.
