Please help!

About 2 years ago I was taking severe antybiotics and was going out on sun. I got sunburn on my nose that was pretty bad, but went away after time. About year ago during water polo season I got really bad sunburn on my nose that hurted. Today and ever since my red is nose and very sensitive to sun. Whenever I go out on sun with proper sun screen it always gets sunburn and gets ever more red. When you touch it seems really dry.
Can you please tell me if red color of the skin will ever go away? Is there any treatment available that will help me and bring my nose color and texture to normal condition?
Im active person and I cant imagine life without going to beach and be on sun.

Hi

This redness on the nose may be a postinflammatory hyperpigmentation. I would suggest that you apply cold compress on the area especially after sun exposure. A mild sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 will be able to help. However, at this point I would advise that you refrain from prolonged sun exposure. The skin over the nose is the area most vulnerable to sunburn. Change the brand of your sunscreen and use a milder brand with adequate SPF. Apply evenly on the face (at least 1 teaspoon).

It is necessary to note though that you have no form of photosensitivity whatsoever. At this point, I would advise that you have a baseline consult with a dermatologist first prior to applying anything on the face. Some topical antibiotics and anti acne medications such as tretinoin may cause some skin reactions given direct heat or sun exposure.

Are you taking any of these medications?

Hey!
Thank you for your comment.
Well I'm taking some medication for acne but they r not antybiotics. I also have a set of Acne cleaning gels and such.
The thing is that even when I wasnt taking any medications and acne cleaning my nose always got red from the sun. The skin on my nose is much different then other parts of body. Its dry and red and sometimes burns. Whenever I put sunscreen it hurts a little.
