Please someone just point out SP treatments

Greetings everyone,
I've had Sebaceous Prominence since i was 13 - 14 (im 30 now). I keep looking for an answer on how to reduce its severity or treat it, and I keep being faced with advices to think of them as a 'normal' condition and leave them alone. I believe such answers show an insistence of not understanding the patient's psychological dilemma and an escape from pointing out some solutions. Please, provided I am NOT taking SP as a normal thing, and I will NOT live with it, would anyone be kind enough to point out some possible treatments, with their risk/reward factors? I would greatly appreciate that.
