Possible sun allergy??

Yesterday, I wet fishing for he first time in years. Being disabled, I don't usually spend very long outside. Yesterda, it was 12 hours. I was feeling sunburned but figured oh well, so I'll be uncomfortable for a while. Well, I woke up with a swollen face. The left side is more pronounced than the right. The eye is half-way closed and my lips are so swollen it looks like I had a stoke on my right side (just because it's more narrow).

The itching is no more than normal and there is no rash. None of my medications say anything about a reaction to the sun while taking them.

Does this sound like a sun allergy symptom?

More like an angioneurotic odema possibly due to some bite,rather than a photoallergy.Antihistamine,and steroid in severe cases may be indicated.
