Thanks guys. Well i think i can rule out STD's because i have never had sex. it just appeared one day after i stepped out of the shower. None of the lumps have grown any bigger also.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms and your age, it sounds like a cyst like sebaceous cyst. Other possibilities are a genital wart( caused by HPV) or some benign growth. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.
My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated as treatment is different for all. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I am a germaphobe so I have read a lot about venerial diseases.  First, I don't know of any venerial disease that would remain there for 5 months.  I recommend you go talk to a doctor before something is wrong and gets worse because it's not being addressed.
