Question on my penis

Hello Doctor,
You have answered numerous of my questions and concerns in the past, I may come across as a little nervous but I just want to be sure I'm ok and healthy. My question is I've noticed discoloration by my urethra opening by my penis, it's like one spot on each side a brownish type color and I noticed some irritation today when my penis rubbed itself with my underwear. There is no ulcers or warts or anything of that sort, so I do not think it's an STD, but I just want to get your opinion on this matter. I dont have any STD symptoms at all, just a mild irriation of my penis head near my urethra opening (underneath the urethara) when it touches a surface. Your input would be greatly appreciated.

This just sounds like mild irritation and resulting pigmentation.  No need to be concerned, and no need to do anything about ti.  In fact, the less you do with skin changes like the this, the better.  Let the skin go back to normal on its own.

Hello Doctor,
I know i have Fordyce's condition but recently i was having sex with a condom on and I just realize that on of the spots turned red, is that bad? I also notice I have spots on the corona of my penis and i was wondering if that is Fordyce as well? I would really appreaciate the respond
