Randoms sores/scars on Entire body

I have, for the last 5 months, been having sores that quickly turn into scars appearing randomly on my body, Started on my thighs then spread down to my shins and calfs while also showing up on the crown of my head, recently my stomach and arms/hands.  everywhere by this point!  Its been getting worse and I can't afford a doctor visit.  I was wondering if anyone here had any ideas?  I can pick at the scabs and its just a sore underneath, and kinda bleeds a little bit.   Ive included a picture, the largest so far about 1 cm diameter.

Thank you for the response.

sometimes there a little itchy but only on my lower legs.  I am the only one experiencing this. as for the photo it appears to be pending admin approval.  The scabs are covering small pink to redish lumps, but are forming above the skin level.  when scratched away the remainder does not lower into the skin but rather looks almost like after a burn thats healed partly, where the skin is kinda shiny and smooth.  this area is raised above the skin level slightly.  It is not confined to flexing areas of my body, nor the beltline or lower buttoks, and one of them has appeard along my left eyebrow for awhile, but has healed up and dissapeared.  none of them are extreamly itchy  just on occasions do the bigger ones itch for a bit.  I have been using a shampoo called Theraputic T+plus with is a salicylic acid shampoo  and a body wash of the same paired with a tea tree oil anti-bacterial soap for the past 2 months, but to no avail.

I will try a docter as soon as i can, but any addition comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

Scars that erupt with out any injury or trauma could be due to infectious organisms or skin conditions such as dermatitis or eczema. Are there other signs or symptoms present? can you describe the scar in detail? Are you the only one affected with this? There seems to be a problem with the attached photo. Scabies is a transmissible ectoparasite skin infection characterized by superficial burrows, intense itching and secondary infection. The lesions usually occur in the webs of fingers, flexing surfaces of the wrists and armpits, the areolae of the breasts in females and on genitals of males, along the belt line, and on the lower buttocks. The face usually does not become involved in adults. Eczema, on the other hand, presents as  dry, red, extremely itchy patches on the skin.

Try not to pick on the lesions and keep the area clean and dry. You could try using an antibacterial soap. If it persists, a visit to your doctor is needed for further evaluation and management.

Take care and regards.
