Bumps on Genital Area and Shaft of penis

About 2 months ago i started getting these red lumps with a clear sort of centre on my pubic region, at first they looked like molluscum. I had them examined by my doctor who gave me an STD check, blood and urine, which all came back negative at first he believed they were warts. After the results he thought they were pimply type things and said they would probably go away. After a week i went back and he prescribed some kenacomb ointment which i was to apply twice daily for two weeks. This did absolutely nothing so i went back yet he has referred me to a genital dermatologist but my appointment is not for two weeks. To describe this condition originally there was no itch some of these lumps tend to flair up and are almost pimply and soft but in a day or two settle down with a hard scale/crust top with a yellow/white look and in the past few days a few little itchy lumps have appeared on the underside of my shaft just below the knot of my penis. The pubic region bumps are also now quite itchy, I

I would guess these are molluscum warts, though of course I can't be sure.  Molluscum is not HPV, and in my experience people who have it in the groin (there are lots of them) don't have partners who have it, or don't have partners at all.  Kids get molluscum on their chest, without being exposed to anyone who has it.  Mollusca are easy to treat.

While you wait for the appointment, leave the bumps alone with no picking or squeezing, so the doctor will be able to tell what they are.

Best.

I HAVE ABOUT 8 TO 10 BLISTERS ON MY PENIS AND THEY ITCH AND ARE PAINFUL.  THEY ARE SMALL IN DIAMETER.  HOWEVER, I AM WORRIED THAT IT MIGHT BE A SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASE.  I'VE BEEN INTIMATELY INVOLVED, BUT ALWAYS WORE PROTECTION. I NOTICE A BIGGER BUMP TODAY WHILE SHOWERING, I'M VERY CONCERNED ABOUT MY HEALTH, CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME.  THIS STARTED ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO.
THEY  ARE ALSO PUS LIKE TOO.

TOTO,  THAT sounds like a classic case of herpes.  Stop having sex with dirty girls without condoms and you wouldn't put yourself into that position.  I suggest applying neosporin and benzoyl peroxide to the infected areas twice daily for two weeks.  Oh wait OVER THE COUNTER stuff won't eliminate herpes.  Looks like you have it for life bro. :(

About Four years ago I discovered what appeared to be a pimple on my penis.  It started out small and red.  So I popped it, and like most zits it had white stuff come out.  The next week it was gigantic, almost the size of a dime.  It had a hole in the middle and I could pop it regularly. So I continued to think it was a pimple.  It seemed to be surrounded by a lot of skin, and was like a perfect ball on the side of my penis.  Four years later still thinking it was a zit and still popping (a lot of fun) I finally went to a dermotologist, but for a different reason. I went in for poison ivy on my hand and I also had him take a look at my "zit".  He told me that it wasn't a zit at all.  It is actually a benign toomer or (cyst).  He said it started out as a hair follicle and became infected. So if any of you are wondering about your "zit" it could be a benign toomer, but go to the doctor. They have to remove it surgically. Oh, and the white stuff is dead skin follicles that appears to look like puss.  I guess it's regular on the scrotum but mine is dead center on the left side of the penis. Just in case any of you have something like this.  good luck.

ps. It will not go away by itself.  They have to remove all of it or else it will grow back.

I've recently discovered the same symptoms based on the picture you posted on the site.  Furthermore I purchased neosporin/applied a hot-rag over the pubic area as well as cleansing with an anti-bacterial soap.  The results? The pimplese were naturally healing - popping on their on whim.  Most of the pimples had a hair emerging from the center or very close to the pimple.  Once they popped - it drained and now i'm left with redmarks that are slowly but surely healing.  From my understanding an STD such as molluscum doesn't necessarily drain...and go back to its orignial form, furthermore if you pop a molluscum lump it will bleed intensely.  My best advice (not a doctor) is to apply neosporin, wash with an antibacterial soap, and apply a hot-rag over the pubic area.  If you don't see any improvement within a month....you could possibly have an STD....such as warts, molluscum, herpes - highly unlikely.
