Rash and itch around neck

Hi ,
I had this rash and itch around my neck when I was back home. Now I am in US since 5 years . From past three weeks it started again. , It developed rash on left and right sides of neck.That part is very dry and rough. It is sometimes very itchy. It is just spreading slowly . I started using Eucerin calming cream . It works but when I apply it burns a lot , after few seconds It feels good. I dont know what to do . please suggest

The neck rash could be due to several causes. You would need to see a skin specialist to rule out eczema, sweat dermatitis, heat rash, acne, folliculitis, impetigo, even lupus, etc.
You could take some oral antihistamine or antiallergic medications like loratadine or cetrizine and see if it helps with your symptoms. Apply calamine lotion at the site of the lesions to help soothe the itching.
What other symptoms are you having? Since when have you noticed the lesions?
Are you allergic to any specific substances?
