Rash on arms

Hi, for about 4 weeks now i have had a rash that comes and goes on my forearms for about 10 minutes at a time once every few days. Its of red pin ***** appearances and does not itch at all. It is only appearing on my forearms tho.
Any idea anyone?

It can be due to contact dermatitis or an allergic reaction. Take some Benadryl when it appears and apply some calamine lotion on the rash. If the symptoms persist then please consult a dermatologist/ allergist and get hives ruled out.
