Rash on legs scotrum and butt

I saved my inner things, balls, and *** a week ago and it had turned into something terrible..  I have in grown hairs all over the place and my inner things balls and *** are so red with a really bad rash.  My mom is a nurse and is telling to keep putting on creams but I am not sure because It doesnt seem to work.  Can someone please help me?

These bumps look like folliculitis skin after shaving. Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take antihistaminics like Benadryl for the itching. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist as you may need oral antibiotics.

I went to the doctor and it looks like a yeast infection, he gave me some cream called nystatin and a pill call gen-flutern or something like that.  I hope this stuff helps because it still really burns and itches...
