Rash on penis and testicles

I have been trying to figure out what is going on for a while now and can't seem to get anywhere.

I had sex with my girlfriend and noticed a smell that stayed on me even after showering. Eventually the head of my penis became wrinkled and red. Only on the base of the head. Then the skin on my penis became wrinkly. My scrotum became itchy, red and felt tingling sensation going through it. This started in december and is ongoing. The rash at one point became blotchy and dark red in areas. A pimple formed on my scrotum that hurt. It was swabbed for herpes and came back negitive. I have been tested for all std's, swab and blood work and came back negitive. Every doctor I have talked to says it looks like a fungal infection. I went to a dermatologist and was precibed clotrimiderm with 1% hp. This didn't help. The wrinkles are still there and there are dark spots on there as well, almost blackened spots.

Also I have a problem where when I pee somtimes it burns and becomes itchy in my urethra. The burning dosen't stay, somtimes only burning after I pee or not at all. Usually I pee normally but it does hurt sometimes. I wonder if this is related, like some sort of fungal infection that was not tested for in the swabs. Oh and also when the pimple was on my scrotum the head of my penis had a dark red and painful rash on it. .

I have noticed since I started having problems with my pee burning I have als had joint problems. Swelling and soreness in the joints as well as chronic fatigue. I sometimes get a lymph node that swells around my hip, always the same one and that happenes very rarely.

I'm really confused and would anything that I can bring to my doctor because they seem to have no idea what's going on. I don't know if it's one thing or a combination of things but I really need help.

Hello again. My dermatologist seems confused and upon a second inspection dais that it looked as though I had nothing wrong. I know my own stuff and I see the difference, so I am unsure why she dosen't see the difference. Anyways, with the symptoms I described to her she put me on a single dose of fluconazole and Hydrocortisone 1% powder in Canestin for treatment of yeast infection. I hope this helps. She has reffered me to a urologist and is making sure I get it again. She did ay however that around the urethra opening it was red and on the forskin under the meatius(bad spelling). So anyway I guess I'll see how it goes.

Thank you for your comments. I appreciate your help. Myquestion here is can the monilial balanoposthitis cause the burning when I pee? Is it possible that this was in my urethra and after having sex with my girlfriend a number of times I gave it to her? Then got it on the outside of my penis which spread elsewhere?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

How are you? Other differentials could be urethritis or infection. Urethritis is inflammation of the urethra which may present as  painful or difficult urination, discharge,  itching, tingling, burning or irritation inside the penis. Medical treatment may be indicated. With your urinary symptoms, a visit to your urologist may also help. A complete medical history, physical examination, and laboratory tests such as urinalysis may also help rule out the conditions mentioned.

Take care and keep us posted.
