Red rash

My Son is 5 years old and we are noticing red rash in his leg (mostly in knee and below knee), occasionally in hand. No itchy or pain in the rash and it goes off in 3 to 4 days.

Checked with dermatology and also allergist but not able to find the cause.

We noticed the rash only after he plays in the playground in school or in home.

Please share your thoughts if anyone encounter similar kind of problem.

Does he get on his hands and knees when he plays?
If so, it may have something to do with that.

Apply some Vaseline or protective barrier cream to his knees and hands and see if that helps to protect the skin in those areas.
