Rash

I have a rash on inner thighs , just below genitals under the
Underwear line  both sides
Lots white bumps, look almost like goosebumps

I have a similar concern.
I have persistent rashes on my butt. It's been my problem since elementary and can't get rid of it until now that I'm already a college grad.
These pimple-like, small lumps like that of a mosquito bite keep appearing on both my butt cheeks that's sometimes itchy and also forms a pus at the center. I'm really embarrassed to have it checked up 'coz my butt skin has already darkened i guess due to scratching the scabs.
I know it's gross but I really need help so I uploaded an image of a part of my butt just so anyone could figure out what the problem is.

It would be very helpful if you could post more detailed description of your skin changes and few photographs. Also, knowing facts like were you particularly physically active before lesions appeared, did you sweat a lot, were you shaving that area, etc., would be helpful.

The most common causes of redness, and papulo-pustules on inner thighs are friction & irritation and folliculitis. However, list of possible causes is much longer.

I look forward to learning more details in regards to your current skin concern.
