Rash???

My wife and daughter have both developed a skin rash in the groin area.  My daughters rash looks mostly like bug bites.  My wifes rash appeared the same until she scratched at it.  The small bug bite type spots are there but area redness is in the area now too.  She said the rash is very itchy and when scratched fluid is present.  What do you think this is.

There could be many causes of the fluid filled rash in the groin area . They are –Miliaria crystallina ,Intertrigo, Impetigo ,Genital herpes etc .Please consult a dermatologist for the diagnosis and treatment as it can only be diagnosed on examination .Hope this helps you . Take care and regards !
