Really really itchy bumps!! In need of urgent help please!!(PICTURES INCLUDED)

Greetings folks,

I am really in need of help, these bumps have been bothering for about a year!

Important note: both bumps have a small hole in the middle.

Is it a ringworm? or an eczema? I just need to know about this.

Am really desperate to get help, please, and thanks in advance!

Hello,
It can be due to ringworm or nummular eczema. From the pictures, it seems like nummular dermatitis but exact confirmation has to be done first. Steroids prescribed in nummular dermatitis can worsen the symptoms if it is ringworm.
I suggest you to get it examined from a dermatologist and biopsy skin done.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
