Recurring red pimples in armpit

Hi!

- I've been having this problem since March.
- I haven't changed deodorants/shampoos/other creams/clothes in this time.
- It started around the time when i started training capoeira. (Could i have picked up something in the locker room?)
- Doctor prescribed Afloderm () cream, thought it was dermatitis . The cream helps the symptoms/pimples go away, but they keep recurring. For the bigger bumps, i have to use the cream for 1-2 weeks for them to go away.
- Sweating seems to worsen the outbreaks (and the frequency)--> There are more small pimples that appear. With the cream, they go away in a couple of days.
- Also, it itches a lot at the start of the outbreaks, afterwards it doesn't itch so much.
- Lately, i have also started getting pimples on my hands
- I have added photos of the pimples on my profile
- I don't think it's bed bugs, i have changed bed sheets several times, also the last outbreak happened while i was away from home

If anyone has any clue as to the cause and how to cure it, it would be greatly appreciated
