Red, hard, sore lumps

A few days ago i noticed that the soles of my feet had a few hard red spots on them. They are only very small but when i checked again today there seems to be more. They are sore to touch. I think i am getting them all over my body too (not as many as my feet tough) but it's hard to say as i am quite freckly so can't be 100% sure. I also have a couple of bruises on my feet and legs which i can't really account for but as i bruise quite easily i'm hoping they are not related. Also, a few weeks ago i noticed a hard lump (smaller than a pea) on my outter, upper arm. It looks like a spot but there is no head to it and it's really hard, like a rock. It doesn't hurt but the skin on it has started to go a bit scaly and i'm wondering if this is connected to these red spots i am getting. I have been feeling really run down recently and i am having to sleep more often than usual to gain energy. I am a 24 year old female if that helps at all.

Hi.

The exact same thing has happened to me recently. These 'spots' seem to be on my legs. They are just awful! They're really red and scaly and feel rock hard. I've had them for a while and they seem to take forever to fade and when they eventually do, they leave a purple type scar. I have no idea what these spots are but it is reasuring to know that someone else is experiencing this problem - thought I might have some strange exotic-type disease!! If you do get any closer to finding out what this condition is, I'd be really grateful if you could let me know! Thanks!
