Red Blotches on body that started on palms

That basically sums it up.  Yesterday morning I noticed these little red blotches all over my palms, when the end of the day hit, and I got home, they were more inflamed, and the blotches were on my chest and inner thighs, and it was starting to hurt to touch things.
This morning, the blotches are going up my neck, are a little bit on my back, all down my arms and are still on my palms and inner thigh.

What could it be?  It doesn't really itch, except the area on my chest.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it sounds like contact dermatitis due to an allergic reaction. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the rashes. If the symptoms persist then topical or oral steroids may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.

I remember I had a similar thing happen months ago. I woke up and i had a blotchy rash on my wrists and palms. As the days went on, they moved down to the tops of my feet. Someone told me it was an allergic reaction to something I had encountered. Strange, because I'd never had an allergy before. I did what the MD told me to do in this very forum, which was to take some zyrtec for the allergy, and it went away in a couple of days.
Now, I'm not saying you definitely have the same thing, but try it and see what happens. My allergy was from being on the golf course, although I think my ball was allergic to me, it was the pesticides they use on the grass that got me.
