Genital redness

I'm male(circumsized) and there's a redness near my foreskin, it's slightly inflated and a little sore. This was yesterday, today I noticed small tiny red bumps on the head, extremely tiny. Not sure if they're related. I have had unprotected sex, however the day the redness appeared I received oral and I'm not sure if there's irritation from the hand, which it seems to be, because the redness appeared several hours later. Can anyone offer some advice?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it can be chafing skin and irritated hair follicles but since there was an unprotected intercourse hence a complete STD panel test is to be done at the earliest. Avoid using any lotions and creams for the meantime. Use a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Also use cotton clothes and change the clothes twice if there is any increased sweating. Try keeping the skin free of sweat as far as possible. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid after consulting your doctor.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
