Red Shiny bumps on penis glans

Hello,
I was active in sex till march 2007 which is like a year ago, but always used to use condoms. I get this red painless bumps on my penis head every now and then since the last 2 years . They come go while sometime they stay for quite long. I have tested negative for HIV whereas have done a herpes and syphilis test whose results are awaited in a couple of weeks. The red bumps also show some yellow thing in the middle. There is no pain or discharge from the bumps too. The Doc whom I visited has prescribed me Dentacin cream to apply on the bumps. Am applying it since last 4 days but havent seen any change. Bumps are still there.

Can it be herpes or syphilis or any other STD? Sometimes the bumps appear shiny red after I take bath or apply water. After the bump skin is dry and I try to remove the skin I can see some amount of blood but its not too visible.

Also I have this itching in both my nipples. I can see some scaly skin on my nipples but there isnt any discharge or blood when i itch them, sometimes the itching is quite severe specially in the night . The itching also happens  on my calf , thighs which does not happen  always and not permanent.

Kindly advice on the same.

Regards.

This does not sound like herpes or an STD.  Most likely these bumps are small cysts that many men have on the penis or scrotum.  You might want to ask your doctor what the cream is supposed to do--if these are cysts, cream won't do anything, but on the other hand there isn't anything you have to do.  You might want to consider getting a referral to a skin doctor who can take away your concerns by telling you what you have.

Best.

Thanks Alan,
Apart from the penis bumps what do you think could be the cause of my both bnipple, back portion of thighs which are quite itchy at times. Is this some known condition?
What do you recommend ?
