Red Spot/Freckle/Birthmark on Penis

I have a red what looks like spot on the outside of my foreskin around the head, I have had it for as long as I can remember. It is not painful and dosent do anything If I squeeze it. If I stretch the skin around it it resembles a skin defect or miscolouration.

I also have a white fungus on the inside of my foreskin, it is hard and in streaks of pearls it dosent hurt or itch.

I am 15 with no sexual contact.
Any help appreciated.

Hello,
Lentigo or freckles wont go away on their own. Cryosurgery using liquid nitrogen and laser are the main treatment modalities. Although there are many skin creams like hydroquinone and salicylic acid, but their use needs prescription .I would recommend a dermatologist’s consultation for this. Treatment of pearly penile papules has been mentioned in the earlier post.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Thank you very much for your quick reply, it makes me feel better just knowing what it is.

Will either of them go away naturally?

Thanks again

Hello,
This red spot can be a freckle or lentigo. The white bumps around the rim are pearly penile papules which are a normal anatomy of the body. Pearly penile papules are small dome-shaped skin-colored papules that typically are located on the sulcus or corona of the glans penis.

Ablation using carbon dioxide laser, electrodesiccation with curettage, and excisional surgery reportedly have successfully eliminated lesions. In my opinion you should talk to a cosmetologist/dermatologist about this. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
