!!PLEASE HELP!! Need helf fast

So last week wednesday i took a week trip to jamaica  and on my way back i felt sick and i kept vomitting on the plane,i had a fever , sore tonsils, a flu. Now the fever and the sore tonsils are no longer here. i still have the flu but while i was sick i started having chapped lips which some how turned into a itch around my mouth my chin and cheeks. If i put rubbing alcohol on any of those areas it would burn but the itch would be on and off. There are no rashes expect dry patches around my nose and forehead. The itching stopped for a few days now i woke up itchu again with brown spots in those areas i mentioned.
