Red bumps on penis

I have been sexually active with my girlfriend for a few months now.  We have always used a condom during sex but we have also had unprotected Oral sex. There have been no problems until just the other day I discovered two small red bumps near the bottom of my penis head. They do not itch at all but they simply worry me. Earlier today I just discovered that along with several more red bumps (this time on the inner part of my foreskin) as well as a few tiny reddish bumps directly below my penis head.  Could this be an STD or am I looking into this too much. How should I go about checking this out? Should I go see a professional or simply let time run its course and hope things will improve? Could this be a type of fungus or am I looking at an std? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
