Red bumps

For the passed few days (maybe 5 to 7 days, I do not know) I've had a very slight, very dull headache on the right side of my head toward the front. Although I'm not sure when exactly, within this passed week, I noticed one small red bump just inward toward the center line of my abdomen from the right side near the protruding portion of the pelvic bone, and two inches below the navel. Today, suddenly the red bumps had multiplied to about 6 or 7. They do not hurt, and they do not even really itch. No more than other parts of my body, per se. I am very frightened at what the possibilities are, as the internet is filled with all kinds of horrifying suggestions. Please help and advise.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The headache and the bumps can be due to a viral infection but it is not mandatory that the headache is related to the bumps. It can be due to contact dermatitis, heat rash, sweat dermatitis or even hives. For these rashes, do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also take some antihistaminic like Benadryl and apply a mild steroid cream on the itchy bumps.

If the symptoms persist then get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
