Red cheeks persistently - anyone have a similar issue?

I'm in my mid-30's, have had rosy cheeks most of my life, typically when stressed or after several drinks, and so on. However, as of the last few weeks I've developed pink/red cheeks most of the time, even when I wake up in the morning. They're also often warm feeling. Does anyone know if this is a continuation of rosacea? Or has anyone had carcinoid with only the red cheeks/flushing, and not the other symptoms? It could be something else (food allergy, stress, etc) though I'm largely in the dark. So far there doesn't seem to be a specific trigger. Thanks.
