Red dots on legs and chest

I am 17 years old and I recently discovered red, slightly raised marks on the top of my thighs, my abdominal area, my waistline, under my pubic hair, and two under my armpit. They kind of look like acne marks. I haven't used any new products recently, but I did just start to have sex with a new partner two days ago, I don't know if this has anything to do with it or not. It did recently get warmer where I live, and I just started baseball season so I have been sweating too.

Thanks for any help!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
If the spots have suddenly appeared then it may be due to an allergic reaction but other possibilities like viral rashes, pityriasis rosea etc also need to be ruled out. These may also present with spots on abdomen. In pityriasis rosea, initially, a primary plaque, called a herald patch, is seen. Then it is followed by a distinctive, generalized rash 1-2 weeks later. The rash lasts approximately 2-6 weeks and is found in a Christmas tree pattern over the trunk and abdomen.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
