shaped boil kind of bums

Hi,
I am a 29 yrs old man. I have been having intercourse for past 2 and a half years with the same girl. I am have develped red shaped boil kind of bums for past 2-3 months now, which appear small on my penis head but on stretching the skin it looks big (around 2 mm) and white in colour(may be because of block of blood circulation, while stretching)It looks like white heads inside the skin. I was having such kind of boils earlier also(but tiny) when I was a virgin on my shaft mid portion between main shaft and head .I have pearly penile popule also and sometimes it seems that they have expanded to my penis head also and that is what it is. I have been masturbting without using my hand but friction with bed while lying down. I don't usually wash after masturbation. Is it jjust some kind of infection or STD?
What are the home based remedies for the same. Kindly suggest

Thanks for the advise. Also, I would like to add that I had gone through HIV test 3 days before and the result is negative. probably, it will be some infestion as you are saying. I still have not used any ointment, but I am contemplating to see a doctor first. The affected area is not at all itchy but cosmetically it is not looking good.
Thanks again for the advise.

Hello,
It looks like irritated hair follicles or folliculitis. Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. Treatment can be started only when the diagnosis is confirmed. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
