Red dots/peeling skin after unprotected sex

so im 18 and my girlfriend and i just had sex for the first time.  we havent ever been with anyone else and shes on the pill so we thought for the first time we wouldnt have to worry about a rubber.  skipping the romantic stuff lol

the next day

i woke up and my penis was kinda itching.  so i went  to the bathroom, pulled my skin back (im uncircumcised) and found it was red dots/blotchy on the top of the head of my penis.  I thought it was cuz first time and it was kinda rough.  Its day 4 after the big day and its still there, now its like some skin is peeling off the head of my penis.  Ive gone to the doctor and some say its just a reaction to the sex, and then some said yeast infection.  Ive put the yeast cream on for 2 days now and no change in redness, still peeling.  I never showered or washed after we had sex either...any suggestions plz?

A balanitis can be bacterial or monilial.You may need an antibiotic if the yeast treatment is ineffective.
