Red flaky sore spot on/around penis

Ok I've had several things going on with my penis lately, to start out with I've had what i thought was jocks itch on my right groin area. It hasn't cleared up for months and is now just a red spot. More recently my penis has been rather itchy and flaky (small flakes nothing big.) Last night i decided to put some anti fungal cream on the red spot when i woke up a spot on my scrotum was red and quite itchy (this may be due to my microwave buddy......it was in my pants when i was sleeping because i was easing a stomach ache =D.) And finally, just tonight, after some sexual play with my partner, i noticed that i had a medium/large red spot on the shaft of my penis. It was/is sore, red, looks somewhat like an abrasion, is flaky, and inflamed. I know this is kind of a lot heh, I'm mostly concerned about the spot.....a little more on the spot, that area on my shaft has been more flaky and itchy then the rest of my penis and has been a little red but nothing as bad as this. I just applied some cortizone cream to it.
P.S. I do have eczema but when i did have it it was only on my face and it cleared up quite quickly with the use of a prescribed cream .
Thank you.

I did just as you said and its getting better, i used the cortizone for 2 days and checked it out last night, it looked really dry so i put some eucerin on it.
Thanks again from your help.

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but the itchy, flaky, red spotcan be eczema. Eczema is a form of chronic dermatitis (rash).Allergic reaction is one of the important causes of eczema. Wash the areas several times with fresh water and do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.

Also use mild steroid cream and good quality moisturizers to prevent moisture loss from the skin.

If still the symptoms do not improve then please get a clinical examination done by a dermatologist. I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing. Kind regards.
