Red flat neck & chest rash

Can anybody help me please.
I think I had a reaction to fake tan as the next day I had hives on my neck. 2 days later I went on holiday and ended up with a red burning rash that spread all over my chest, back, neck and upper arms.  A doctor gave me a steroid injection and it went but came back again the next day.  I have tried 4 different antihistamines, steroid creams, sulfa craem and had bloods taken that show lge of 1100.  I am allergic to dustmite so could my lge be high normally?  I am waiting to see a dermatologist but in the mean time I have a photosensitive rash that fades and flares up but never goes away on my neck and upper chest.  I do have mild rosacea but have had this rash for 3 months now and am really fed up.
Thanks for any replys.

Hi Thanks so much for replying.  I havent used any cosmetics/perfume etc at all on my neck since June.  I have changed my washing powder just in case but nothing seems to make any difference.  Im worrying it may be some type of Lupus?? The redness is always calmer in the morning though, I have thought about anxiety too but I dont feel stressed or anxious.
I am off to google Berloque dermatitis now, thanks

May be a 'Berloque dermatitis' associated with perfumes.
