Red permament blotches

Red blotches on skin. Not a rash, doesn't itch. Noticed first blotch on upper ab and then later saw more develope on back, legs, arms, chest. They are random patterns, seems to be under skin. Waiting to see doctor but he is booked for over a month due to the small mountain town (flu season). Noticed they are growing and darkening and am worried about circulation. Had blood tests down a few months ago and they said I was fine but did mention inflammation problems (x-ray of chest from pain). They do not fade and are ugly! Do not like summer because even makeup won't cover them... Really do not want them to keep growing. Any advice would be wonderful. Derm told me not to worry..need new derm though.
