Red splotch on right hand not on left. NO itch no burn

Hey im really curious about this. i have had this weird rash on my hand it is primarely behind my thumb and extends almost to my wrist. it looks like small little red bumps and there are parts where there are globs  making it look really patchy. i also have a few dots on my pointer middle and ring finger. this is only on my right hand though. I did go and use a tanning salon last week but i did not burn anywhere after i had finished. im not sure if this is related to the tanning salon or not but i am thining it is some sort of heat rash. what could i use to make this go away?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Rashes that occur on one side are often related to trauma--getting pinched, etc.--often not remembered because the trauma was minor.  That can cause petechiae (broken capillaries), so you might be right about that.  I suggest you ignore the rash for one month and do no more internet research, which will not answer your question.  See a doctor in a month if the rash is still there.

Take care.

i was doing some resaerch and i think what i have is petechia rash or somthing close to that.. like a bunch of red dots/splothces that fade in and out. they dont itch and when u press on them it turns white then comes back. i might be low on vitamins in my diet but im not exactly sure. ialways thought of myself to be very healthy but any suggestions on what i could eat to imrpove this if i have a low platelet count would be nice. thanks
