Red spots around nose, come and go can't get rid of!

I have these pearl sized red spots under my nose and on the sides of my nose. Sometimes I get the same type of spot near the crease when you smile on your cheek. These spots come and go. They will go away and then I will wake up and there is bright red spots that are sore. The spots sometimes get "oozy" and will have like a clear fluid come out, then they get flaky as it heals. There is one spot that is pretty persistant. I have tried a hydrocortizone cream along with cephalexin 500 mg from my dermatologist. This worked and cleared it up for several weeks, I continue to use the cream and now it is coming back. I had this same thing happen to me several years ago but it was just one small spot on my cheek in the place mentioned before, I used two creams for a month and it just disappeared for two years,  now its back and has been for about 6 months this has been a lot worse. What is this!! It is so irritating and ugly!! I need help!

Hi,

You seem to be having acne on the face. The acne is term which is used generally by doctors and patients. However, the development of the acne takes place by infection of a oil gland on the face. the oil glands on the face occur in a "T" shape and they get infected by the common skin bacteria causing acne.

The treatment for acne includes maintaining face hygiene, preventing dust accumulation, treatment of dandruff, as well as using drugs to help the acne heal. The doctor can also prescribe some drugs as well as there are some OTC drugs available.
However, since you have a long term history, contact with a doctor can help you well.

best regards

No it's not acne, it does not have a head or a bump and the clear liquid that comes out once in a while is not something from acne its almost like a blister liquid but no bump or head, plus there is only about 4 of them that come out. I just am not sure what treatments I should look into or what this is.
