skin gets streched and sticky after water contact

Hello Doctor,
I have a skin condition on my penis for 2 years now, i cannot found help from anybody. I have a mild redness on my penis skin which i acquired it from a prostitute, biggest regret of my life. Redness extends from glans to scrotum and causing a constant burning on my inner thigh, skin seems strecthed and fuzzy, it is also numb, i cannot get fully erected because of that.  The pain affects my mind, mood, thoughts, conversation all the time, i cannot do anything! Finally I realised that if i dont get shower, moisturize the area or masturbate pain relieves in a week but if i do at least one of these, it comes back. What might be the cause of this? Even a diagnose would be helpful. Previous doctors i visited could not help.

They didn't. Doctors say its ok without carefully examining. Nevertheless, i do
not think that any STD will be found since it is a local thing.

Did they test you for Stds?

I did but i did later. Steroid simply didn't change anything.

Did you apply steroid cremes over these areas? Steroid induced skin atrophy could cause similar symptoms.
