Red tiny punched out lesions on glans

Hi
I developed this tiny red bump on the right side of my glans..which intially was painless..so dint care much about it..
it burst on its own and then there was nothing left except little redness in that area of 4x4 mm..
But then after a week or so i noticed few other bumps of similar description appearing in the same area which has now been widened to 1cmx1cm...They seemed to be painless until they burst..also i cud see they were umbilicated...
Now they left 4-6 small punched out type of lesions as depicted in the pics...
I didnt use any sorta medication till now...
I dont have such lesions anyhwere else on my body...
I have no other issues than the unsightly appearance n little tenderness in the ulcerated area...
I masturbate regularly...
I am uncircumcised Indian...
Non smoker
Non drinker
I have uploaded few pics on photobucket pro so that u can have a better look at the condition other than my description..

Pls let me know what else info u need to figure out what it is...

This would be best posted to the dermatology forum. Photobucket would not allow your pictures. Suggest that you severely crop them to eliminate any hint that you are showing a penis and repost.
