Redness and crust around nose and close to mouth area!

For the past year randomly the areas around my nose and close to my mouth and spread out through some of my beard i get these bumps and redness. the redness around my nose comes and goes, sometimes it will crust up and go away other times when it comes i try to wash my face or anything i do to it just makes it worse, its also spread out through my mustache sometimes and i finally got the courage to ask a derm spec and they said it was an infection around my nose and mouth so she prescribed a topical cream called PROMISEH, and some antibiotics called DORYX. i take them and they do nothing . ive taken a full course of this treatment no results and this is really bothering me, it just comes and goes when it feels like and nothing cures it so far, i tried blue star ointment and cortisone and other methods. I guess i should go back to the doctor maybe internal medicine this time because this is really killling my confidence. what do you think? i have a few pics.

Hello,
From the symptoms it can be seborrheic dermatitis or perioral dermatitis. Seborrheic dermatitis is a common skin condition that causes flaky,dry, white to yellowish scales to form on oily areas esp under the nose or anywhere on face. Perioral dermatitis like acne is a chronic papulopustular and eczematous facial dermatitis. It mostly effects around the nose, mouth and eyes.

I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated,
