Red penis rim
Hello, not to long ago I noticed the rim of my penis get reddish especially after masturbating as well as a part of my foreskin. There are also small bumps on the shaft but I think they have always been there. Could someone please help me figure out what this could be I'm quite scared. Last time I had sex was September , is it possible this is from bad hygiene?
