Ring Finger Wart (?) Question

I have some sort of wart on the palm side of my ring finger on my left hand. It has some sort of red thing at the center and it looks like a volcano. I will upload a picture of it as my profile picture so people can see this. I think it may be caused by me playing electric bass? It hurts when I apply sharp (as opposed to blunt) pressure on it.

Oh well, I went by the photograph, indeed if you have torn a wart yes,you are right!

I don't think it's that because it's way smaller. It only looks like a crater because i peeled some of the skin off to see what was under, and it was this crater with the red stuff in the center but very small. I'm not sure if it's a wart though; it's directly on the crease where the uppermost joint is in my ring finger

More a pyogenic granuloma than a wart.
