Thank you so much for your reply, I did have Anemia in 2008 but sense then they have done another test and I was fine concerning anemia. I looked up lichen aureus but cant seem to fine much information to understand what it is.  The picture in my post above does not look like ring worm ? I'm unsure if it is but has been treating it as it were one. I also notice today i have another circle like bruise on my knee same leg as the one in the picture. It's just up higher. I will attach a picture with this post also. Thanks again so much for your reply. I appreciate it deeply. I will keep u updated as I see a my fam doctor soon. God bless

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Anemia and deficiency of vitamins C, K, B12, or folic acid are the common causes of easy bruisability. Try taking iron tablets and multivitamins for some days and see if the symptoms improve. One of the other possibilities that can cause circular bruises type rashes on skin especially the legs and arms is lichen aureus. It is a skin disease of children and young adults and may present as golden brown lesions that may affect any part of the body. A complete blood count and skin biopsy are the diagnostic tests needed.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
