black seeds in skin

The other day while using the restroom I noticed a rather dark spot on my bikini line. About the size of a tip on a pen. I started squeezing on it (like a pimple or splinter) a black seed about the size of a sesame seed popped out with a clear hard substance on the end. Does anyone know what this is? Its starting to scare me.

The symptoms can be due to sebaceous cyst. It is filled with a soft, whitish brown material that sometimes oozes out onto the skin's surface. This material is called sebum. Treatment includes small surgical opening into the skin and removing the sac (excision biopsy). But recurrence is quite common. I suggest you to get the diagnosis confirmed from a dermatologist after examination.

I thought that at first but wouldn't there be a lump or something

Possibly a small sebaceous cyst.
