Rosacea or Infection?

Rosacea or Infection?

I had experienced flushing in the past but when I turned 14 I had experienced really red cheeks(only spots as big as half dollars) on each adjacent sides of my nose when I worked out or went outside. My father has Rosacea but he says I don't have it. I don't have any blisters/bumps in those areas, no visible veins/capillaries in my face but it just gets red when I do those things or overheat. Recently I got it underneath my nose/ and chin. But it goes away and looks pretty normal after I put walgreen brand aloe vera on it. I used to put Cetaphil moisturizer but I ran out.. I went to the derm for Acne medication but my  Rosacea like symptoms were absent at this time and the doctor prescribed me Doxcycline based off what I said. I've been taking it and I flush alot less but after I ran out I waited like a week for my next prescription to arrive and during that time my face felt really hot in those areas and a day after I started taking it again it stopped and as I continued to stop it didn't burn. But it could still get red with the exercize and heat/ it just wouldn't feel hot. It would just get red. Now my chin has certain spots with redness on it. But no acne there, just red spots small as peas, some like pennies but it gets lighter and doesn't burn. It looks better after I put aloe on it. I NEED to start working out again. And I NEED to work hard, that easy/ 30 min break I've read about in Rosacea forums won't do for my cardio work. I'm thinking this could be an infection because Rosacea doesn't respond on my dad when he puts aloe vera on it. It looks the same. But fades pretty well away when I do it. So what do you think? Infection or Rosacea.

BTW, I also have little red spots (no bumps) on my eyelids. But they faded a little bit with aloe vera. And they don't burn. They feel dry but I dunno. Please help! One last thing sorry, I read the main symptoms of Rosacea and I have a couple.

         1. Facial flushing (YES/As described up there)
         2. Facial redness(YES/As described up there)
         3. Facial telangiectasia Don't know what this is
         4. Facial skin hyper-reactivity Sensitive to the sun/Heat
         5. Lumpy-bumpy facial skin Nope
         6. Facial papules NO
         7. Facial pustules NO
         8. Facial burning sensations YES/ WITHOUT DOXYCILINE
         9. Facial swelling NO
        10. Rhinopyma NO
        11. Ocular symptoms Don't know what this is

What do you think? I tried to be descriptive as possible so you could TRY your best to give me the closest assumption possible.
