Non-itching rash on trunk only?

I have recently developed a completely non-itching, non-painful rash all over the front side of my trunk/torso.  It has been around for about 5-7 days now and has not shown sides of abaiting.  It has spread only SLIGHTLY since first appearing and has not been contagious to my partner.

The rash is a tons of little red bumps that look like mosquito bites or similar.  They do not itch in the slightest.  The only 'different' drugs I have taken recently have been norethisterone and a couple doses of some anti-water retention OTC meds (completely herbal, I might add).  I haven't taken these drugs since the rash started, yet the rash has not gone away.

What on earth could it be?
