SIngular Bumps on Scrotum and Penis
I have recently had bumps appearing on my scrotum and penis. After awhile they do go away but it takes forever. They only itch when i touch them. See the attached pictures and please help me out.

Without examination, it is very difficult to pinpoint a diagnosis, but the different possibilities are an allergic reaction(like contact dermatitis,hay fever,food allergies etc),hives , scabies bites or a viral infection.
I feel that a clinical examination by a dermatologist will be the best.Till that time,pls apply some calamine lotion on the rashes and avoid scratching them.You can also take some over the counter antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin. They will help in controlling itching.
