STD or Irritation?

October 17th, I got a little intoxicated and had unprotected sex. Everything was fine, yet recently under the head of my penis, I developed a rash with a slight itch. Now, it itches worse and I have tiny bumps on my penis head, as well a few on my shaft. The skin is also peeling under the head of my penis now. Obviously, I'm pretty worried. Can you help? I realize you can't diagnose anything, but I'm interested in your opinion on what this could be. Thanks in advance!

It may be genital herpes, check in with a doctor ASAP - Although I'm not a professional i've researched countless days about STDS/warts/all the works and it sounds like Lichen planus.

That honestly looks like psoriasis, but again i'm no professional, it could be something more serious, I'd get it checked as soon as possible.
