None of this sounds like an STD. Please see a skin doctor and if necessary any other counselor who can help you with your anxiety. To repeat, none of this sounds like an STD. Thank you.

Hello Doctor,
I am sure you gathered from my original thread that I had suspicions of the red rash on my groin area being the symptom of some sort of STD.(mainly HIV Infection)
HIV was my concern and still is I guess, however it hasn't been long enough since my contact with the person in question to be tested yet.(only 30 days since contact)
In the meantime, I am suffering from complete anxiety!!
I have recently developed peeling hands and feet. I almost feel like a snake shedding it's skin, it is so bad. The skin started peeling or flaking around my fingernails and have over the last couple of days, worked its way down my fingers.
The peeling on my feet are the same (on the toes).
Do you have an explanation for this? Is this a symptom of any STD?
And again; Did the groin rash sound more like a bacterial infection rather that an HIV(STD) related rash? Please give me your opinion. Thanks
I cannot associate the itchy palms with anything but anxiety over the first two symptoms.

My palms have also been itching constantly. Can you please put all of these symptoms together for an answer? Thanks Again.
It sounds like irritation (in the groin) and blocked follicles (on the thighs.) It does not sound like any sort of STD or allergic reaction. Irritation an folliculitis commonly follow heat and sweat. It sounds as though both are already resolving. Best to leave them alone.
Take care.
