Scabies

My doctor told me I might have scabies and treated me for them. She said since I didn't live with anyone and wasn't dating anyone I didn't need to worry about infesting others. Two weeks ago someone I was dating stayed over, he just slept over no sex. We are no longer seeing eachother and I was wondering if this would be someone I should tell. Is it likely he would get infected sharing a bed with me once?

Scabies can be very contagious...if at any point there was skin to skin contact he may have become infected.
