Scalp Acne since 3-4 years

Hi,

I have this scalp acne red heads popping up on my heay very often since last 4 years. Its very painful when i keep my head on pillow while sleeping. It itchy, and the pus comes out of it. Its actually all over my head. and all over the year. doesnt seems like narrowed it to specific season. I have had shown this to dermotologist many times. one says foliculities and gave course of antibiotics and medicines, but never seen any improvement. Another doctor gave some medicine for fungal infections, but with no improvement. I have also had homeopothy medicines but no improvement. Not sure what else should i do. I am anyways waiting on one more consulttion with another dermetologist,however meanwhile thought of checking here if anybody had same problem and have found some solution for htis situation. I really appreciate any advise on this.
