AN's are easily removed with lasers, but they will return if there is an underlying problem causing them, such as PCOS or elevated blood sugars. SInce laser treatment can be expensive, I tried a product with beta hydroxy (neutrogena pore refining face cleanser). After a few days of treatment the rough part of the AN comes off, but a little pigmentation stays. See a doctor about your blood sugars and hormones, though, because AN's are an indicator for those problems, like I said.
